The parties, institutions, institutions and natural and legal persons who join Simorgh with the aim of coordination and cooperation, in the current and future political struggles of Iran, declare their commitment to the following thirteen provisions:
The democratic transition of the Islamic Republic should be achieved by forming a pluralistic and elected leadership council of all classes and ethnic groups of the Iranian people through non-violent (unarmed) campaigns. We believe in the legitimate defense rights of the protesters to the current political system and in the guaranteeing the restoration of the right to self-determination and the sovereignty of Iran by securing interests of all Iranians and ensuring the national independence by maintaining the territorial integrity and geographical borders of Iran.
2.Territorial integrity
Maintaining territorial integrity should be ensured through the realization of justice in the development of all regions, with priority given to the deprived regions of the country, and should not be turned into a tool for repression.
We promote declaring national reconciliation, removing the death penalty and implementing justice after the transition from the Islamic Republic through independent courts and a fair judicial process under the supervision of international institutions.
We promote human centrality, welfare and human dignity and democracy in determining the political structure, meritocracy and free elections in government roles and the separation of the institution of religion from politics as the foundations of the political philosophy of the future Iranian system.
We promote recognition of individual, social and political rights and freedoms in legislation, in accordance with all the provisions of the Charter of Human Rights as the upper law, including:
The right to equal access to resources and opportunities regardless of gender and sexual orientation, physical abilities, political, religious and ethnic identity.
Note: In case of conflict, originality is with individual rights.
Recognizing the Iranian nation as a nation consisting of different Iranian ethnic groups with equal rights, for the right of all citizens to participate in power, based on meritocracy and free elections, preserving ethnic identity and teaching in the mother tongue along with preserving national identity and the official administrative language The country and benefit from development.
Commitment to democracy, pluralism, maximum distribution of power and its lack of concentration, both in the political structures of the three powers, organizations, political parties and independent institutions, and in the geographical aspect of the center-periphery.
Recognition of the right to establish, strengthen and independence and guarantee the freedom of expression of the media, political parties, civil, cultural, social institutions, labor, employer and specialized organizations based on international regulations and standards.
Realization of democracy through elections in which different political parties compete in a free, transparent and responsible manner, put the system and constitution and their proposed programs to the people’s vote, and finally by the majority vote for a limited period of time as in the proposed constitution. It is decided to take over the administration of affairs.
Note: The separation of the institution of religion from politics requires that only groups and parties that have and implement the principles of democracy, human rights, and elimination of all kinds of discrimination in their constitutions, have the right to participate politically in the pillars of society. Fundamentalist groups of any kind, especially religious, ideological and racial, which do not fully recognize or implement the principles of human rights, or groups and parties whose religion, racism and any other type of discrimination are the main pillars of their formation and with the aim of development The religion or discrimination in question are established, they do not have the right to participate in the political structure.
All members of society have the right to political participation in political institutions and parties, regardless of physical abilities, gender and sexual orientation, ethnic identity and religious orientation. None of these personal differences can and should not be an obstacle to hold political management positions at any level of management.
Sustainable development based on meritocracy, providing conditions for equal access to resources, distribution of social welfare and gradual elimination of discrimination through the implementation of accelerated and compensatory policies is a necessity to create environmental, economic and political stability. Note: The educational system should not become a place to promote a certain belief, ideology, religion or political tendency, but it can introduce the history of the world’s great religions, ideologies and political and social tendencies without focusing on one of them.

Policy-making and commitment to prevent conflicts of interest and the formation of rents and economic and political mafias as a vital necessity for the revival of the national economy. Transparency, implementation and institutionalization of public information in all branches of government, including in the approval and expenditure of the country’s budget.
Ensuring democracy and sustainable development with membership in the world community and unconditional commitment to international treaties such as the Geneva, Hague, and the 2030 World Sustainable Development Program and future UN treaties.
Interaction and establishment of international relations in line with national interests and to establish peace and stability in the region and the world, respecting mutual respect and peaceful relations with neighbors.
